RAIDERS Super Bowl Odds

9/13/2019

Hey Raider Nation!

Hopefully everyone has put the pessimism of the offseason out to pasture after Week 1, which brought arguably the most impressive performance of the still-young Jon Gruden era. The Silver & Black were the better team in all three facets of the game in their 24-16 win over the Broncos. Most importantly, Derek Carr looked like the 2016 version of himself, which was an MVP-caliber player, and the defense was greatly improved, holding Denver to just 344 total yards.

The win didn't do much for the team's Super Bowl forecast. Check out the latest odds on the Raiders winning the Super Bowl! They are still sitting at +10000, fourth-worst in the NFL.

But it will be fun to watch them climb the odds as the redemption tour progresses in 2019!

Next up is another division rival, as the Chiefs, the reigning AFC West Champions, come to town this Sunday. Just like in Week 1, the Raiders are home underdogs in Week 2, currently getting 7 points against the spread. If (when?) Gruden's boys put in another impressive performance, this time against a true Super Bowl contender, expect the rest of the league to sit up and take notice, and oddsmakers too! Now is the time to buy low on the 2019 Raiders.
